Key Responsibilities

• Designing, planning, and developing telecommunications systems, including wired, wireless, satellite, and digital communication networks.
• Installing, configuring, testing, and commissioning telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensuring seamless integration of telecom systems with hardware, software, databases, and networks from multiple vendors.
• Monitoring network performance and conducting proactive maintenance to optimize efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshooting and resolving faults, disruptions, and technical issues in communication systems.
• Developing engineering project proposals, defining scope, requirements, and estimating costs for equipment, materials, and services.
• Selecting appropriate hardware and software specifications to meet performance and operational standards.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Preparing and analyzing technical drawings, designs, and documentation for telecommunications systems.
• Identifying and evaluating new telecommunications sites, including preparing approvals and construction plans.
• Implementing network security measures and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data protection and business continuity.
• Assessing current and future network requirements and recommending upgrades, enhancements, and infrastructure improvements.
• Analyzing issues such as signal interruption, clarity, and performance to minimize risks and improve connectivity.
